Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that these terms & conditions apply to all orders such as celebration cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes. For wedding cakes please visit our wedding cake terms and conditions.

These are the terms and conditions you agree to, when ordering any cakes from Enchanted Bakes. By paying the deposit, you are presumed to have read, understood and agreed to all these terms and conditions.

Deposits

A deposit of £20 is required for any order £70 and under, orders valued between £70 and £120 require a £30 deposit and all orders over £120 require a £50 deposit. Any order under the value of £20 requires payment to be made in full.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment for deposits can be made via Paypal or bank transfer.

Please note that your order isn’t considered “booked” until payment of your deposit has been made.

Alterations

You are able to make alterations to your order, however we do ask that you get in touch at the earliest opportunity should you wish to make changes. Please note that all alterations are at the discretion of Enchanted Bakes and it may not always be possible to make your requested change. Alterations may also be subject to additional costs and you are still liable for any supplies purchased for the initial design/order.

Cancellation/Change of Date

All deposits are non-refundable and will be kept in case of cancellation.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Should you want to make a change to the date of the order, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess your request for a change. If we are unable to fulfil your order on the amended date and should you no longer wish to continue with the order on that basis, we will class this as a cancellation and no refund will be given.

Collections

Collections will be organised prior to your order being completed at a time that best suits you. It is important regardless of which location you choose to collect from that you arrive at the specified time. Failure to arrive at that time may result in a delay in the collection of your order in which case you are still liable for full payment of your order.

Once collected, Enchanted Bakes no longer assumes any responsibility for any loss or damage caused to your order.

Complaints/Refunds

If you are unhappy with your cake for any reason please contact us immediately so we can help sort this for you. We will also need to see the cake in person or have sufficient photographic evidence in order to discuss any potential refunds.
